We offer free standard shipping on all scooter orders within the continental US. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days.
Do the scooters come with a warranty?
Yes, all our electric scooters come with a 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and electrical components including the motor and battery.
Is assembly required when my scooter arrives?
Our scooters arrive 95% assembled. You will typically only need to attach the handlebars and tighten a few screws using the included toolkit before your first ride.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. The scooter must be in its original packaging and have fewer than 10 miles of recorded usage to qualify for a full refund.
Are these electric scooters waterproof?
Our scooters have an IP54 water-resistance rating, meaning they are protected against light splashes and rain. However, they should not be submerged or ridden through deep puddles.
